This privacy policy sets out how LuxVela (hereinafter – the Controller) processes personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR) and the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

LuxVela may process the following personal data:

Payment card data is not stored in LuxVela systems.

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
• Receiving and processing orders
• Ensuring payments

• Marketing communication (if consent has been obtained)
4. Payment processing (EveryPay)
Payments in the online store are processed using the EveryPay payment solution in cooperation with Swedbank.
When making a payment, the Buyer is redirected to a secure payment environment where payment details are entered.
The necessary personal data is transferred to EveryPay as the payment processor to ensure the execution of the payment. LuxVela does not receive or store the Buyer’s payment card details.
Security
All payments are made in a secure, encrypted environment using international security standards.
Additional information
Depending on the device and browser used, the Buyer may also have access to fast payments, for example:
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
5. Delivery services (parcel lockers)
For product delivery, LuxVela cooperates with parcel locker and courier service providers (Omniva and DPD).
To ensure delivery, the following data is transferred:
• First name, last name
• Phone number
• E-mail address
• Delivery address or selected parcel locker
These service providers act as independent data controllers in accordance with their privacy policies.
6. Website platform (Mozello)
The LuxVela online store operates on the Mozello platform. Personal data is stored on Mozello servers that meet security and data protection requirements.
Mozello may act as a data processor on behalf of LuxVela.
7. Google Analytics
The website uses the Google Analytics service to analyze visit statistics and improve user experience.
Google Analytics uses cookies that collect anonymized information about:
• Number of visitors
• User behavior on the website
• Types of devices and browsers
The IP address may be anonymized.

8. Data retention period
Personal data is stored:
• As long as necessary to fulfill the order
• In accordance with accounting laws and regulations (usually 5 years)
